"Looked better in the photos"
The bag was okay, but the photos made it look nicer. The color seemed a bit off in person, and overall it just wasn’t as great as I expected.

"Tracking lagged a bit"
The tracking didn’t really update when I expected it to, a couple times I was just checking and it still showed the old info. Package showed up fine though, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Just kind of annoying in the moment

"Worth checking during a sale"
I’d definitely look at lisabag.com again the next time they’re running a sale, because the discount made the purchase feel worth it.
I found a promo code on the site before ordering, and it actually worked at checkout, which was a nice surprise. The bag I wanted ended up being a good deal. Shipping wasn’t anything crazy fast, but it was normal and totally fine.

"Kept running into out-of-stock colors"
I was trying to order a bag, but almost every color I liked ended up being out of stock. The frustrating part was that the site kept showing those options first, so I wasted a bunch of time clicking around just to find out I couldn’t actually buy them. I reached out to support too, but the reply felt like a copy-paste answer and didn’t really help. Ended up leaving without ordering anything.

"Shipping took longer than expected"
Not saying it’s a scam, but the shipping definitely took longer than I expected. It did arrive in the end, just later than I was hoping

"Not quite what I thought"
The bag looked a little nicer in the pictures, and the size was kind of not what I expected. It’s still usable and all, but the description could be a bit clearer. I’m not totally unhappy with it, but I’m not exactly thrilled either.

"Color was close to the photos"
I ordered a bag from lisabag.com and I’m happy with it overall. The color was really close to the pictures on the site, maybe just a little darker when I got it in person.

It wasn’t a big deal for me, but I figured I mention it in case someone is super picky about exact shades. I think the lighting in the photos makes it look a tiny bit different.

I’d give it 4 stars. I do like the bag and the color is close enough, it just wasn’t 100% exact like I was expecting.

"Nice bag, but the zipper stood out to me"
Overall, the bag is decent. It looks nice and shipping went smoothly, so no complaints there. I do tend to notice little details like zippers and hardware, and the zipper felt a bit cheaper than I was hoping for. For the price, it’s still not a bad buy, I just expected the quality to feel slightly better.

It runs a bit small, but it still fits well overall. I remember trying it on while my dog was barking at a plastic bag outside, which is random, but true. I’d probably size up next time if I wanted a little more room.

"I had a smooth time using the site..."
I had a smooth time using the site. It was easy to get around, pages loaded without any issues, and checkout was simple enough. I found what I needed without much hassle. My only gripe is that some of the product details could’ve been clearer, because I think it’s only fair that customers know exactly what they’re buying before they check out. Overall though, it was a good experience.

I got my bag from lisabag.com last week, the quality is better than I thought it would be. The material feels sturdy and the stitching is really clean. The only thing bugging me is the zipper, it’s a bit stiff, and I don’t have much patience for fighting with a bag every time I need something. Still, overall I’m happy with it.

"The bag has held up okay..."
The bag has held up okay so far, but I did notice the material started wearing down quickly. Anyway... it still works for light use, I just wouldn’t expect it to stay looking new for very long.

"Too expensive and frustrating customer service"
I don’t feel like this was worth the money. The bag looked okay online, but in person it felt cheap for what I paid. Shipping also took longer than I expected, which was annoying on its own. What made it worse was getting inconsistent answers whenever I asked about my order — one person would say one thing, then another would tell me something different. Overall, I regret buying from Lisa Bag

"Packaging Was Disappointing"
The box showed up super thin and half crushed, so naturally the bag inside had marks on it. For something at this price, I guess I expected a little more care with the packaging, but apparently that was too much to ask.

"Refund took forever"
The return process was slow, and the refund took way longer than I expected. The most annoying part was having to verify my details over and over again like they didn’t already have the information. It just made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.
